Program Cancellation by You
Requests for cancellation must be submitted via email to info@kingdomlifeskill.com
If the cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the start of the program, a full refund will be issued
If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the program start date, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion
No refunds will be provided once the program has started, except in cases of medical or emergency reasons (supporting documents may be required)
Program Cancellation by Us
Registration or administrative fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Any downloadable materials or digital content delivered prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at info@kingdomlifeskill.com with the following details:
Your full name and student’s name (if applicable)
Name of the program/class
Reason for cancellation
Proof of payment (transaction ID or screenshot)
Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
